DAYZEN started in 2019 when our founder returned home to Kashmir and rediscovered the saffron-infused oils her grandmother hand-pressed every winter. What began as a family recipe became a mission: bring authentic, small-batch Ayurvedic wellness to modern Indian mornings, without shortcuts.

Today we work directly with over 40 farming cooperatives across the Himalayas and Western Ghats, hand-verifying every harvest before it becomes part of your daily ritual.
