We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Opened items can only be returned if defective or damaged in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Yes — exchanges for a different variant or product of equal value can be arranged by contacting our support team before initiating a standard return.

Opened consumable products, gift cards, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
